Aerosol Tin Can Manufacturing in India

Our Manufacturing Process

Our customized aerosol tin cans are designed to give you complete flexibility across both functionality and branding. Whether you require plain cans for industrial use or high-quality printed cans for retail presentation, we offer tailored solutions that meet your exact packaging requirements.

With a strong focus on precision manufacturing and adaptability, we go beyond standard formats to deliver cans that align perfectly with your product, filling process, and market positioning.

Sheet Cutting

Prime-grade tinplate / CRCA sheets are sourced and inspected for thickness, coating quality, and surface finish before processing. Sheets are then cut to precise dimensions using power press or CNC-controlled shearing machines. Strict dimensional tolerances are maintained to ensure uniformity in downstream forming and welding operations, minimizing material wastage and ensuring consistency.

Body Forming & Welding

Body Forming & Welding

Cut blanks are rolled into cylindrical shapes using forming rollers and are longitudinally welded using high-frequency resistance welding technology. This process ensures strong, continuous seams with minimal distortion. Weld parameters are closely monitored and controlled to achieve uniform seam strength, proper fusion, and defect-free joints suitable for industrial applications.

Welding Process

Transfer to Seaming Line

Welded can bodies are transferred to the seaming line through automated conveyor systems. This reduces manual handling, improves production efficiency, and minimizes the risk of contamination or physical damage during movement between stages.

Transfer to Testing Section

Transfer to Testing Section

After seaming, cans are conveyed through a synchronized handling system to the inspection and testing area. This ensures a smooth transition while maintaining product integrity and process flow efficiency.

Testing Process

Pressure & Leakage Testing

Each can undergoes rigorous air pressure and leakage testing to verify seam integrity and structural strength. Advanced testing systems detect even minor leaks, ensuring that only cans meeting specified pressure tolerance and zero-leakage criteria proceed further.

Packing & Dispatch

Finished cans are packed in secure configurations such as bundles or pallets using protective materials to prevent deformation, scratches, or damage during handling and transportation. Packaging methods are tailored to customer requirements and optimized for safe logistics and efficient storage.
